As the founder of Food Anarchy I would like to introduce myself and let you into my story. For the last 18 years I have been cheffing for other people, for their concepts, their rules and their ideas of direction of food. Now it’s time to go my own way and cook the food that comes from my heart and mind. This is big flavour, food that puts a smile on peoples faces and food that excites. This led to the idea of the van, of being free from the rules I have followed my whole career, so with no rules and no bosses, Food Anarchy was born.

Over the 18 years and working in many different environments, from pizzerias to fine dining to banqueting , I have always held core values of quality of ingredients, use of local produce wherever possible, food that makes people smile and food that is honest.

In 2019 the moment came to stop talking the talk and to start walking. It was time to put the plan into action, to finally get the dream started and cook the food I always dreamt of. Food with an attitude, food with the Punk edge.

Having many years experience in cheffing allows Food Anarchy to cater many types of events, from informal parties, corporate functions, wedding buffet options, festivals and market.

Food is bespoke for all functions with our chefs more than happy to help create the perfect menu that reflects the event.
